RETAK APPAREL’S TAG

i] The Retak tag will be placed at the bottom left/right and top back, and cannot be replaced with any

other logo.

ii] If customers want to remove the Retak Apparel tag and logo, they must purchase the design at the

following prices:

- RM 150 for each design if customers choose to order clothes from Retak Apparel.

- RM 250 for each design if customers choose to order clothes from another store

(Print File will be provided after payment is received).

** Any issues with the print file produced by Retak Apparel will not be addressed. We have our own format that is suitable for our own printer system.

It is the customer's and other store's responsibility if they wish to modify the file type for printing at another store.

PLACING ORDER

i] Customers must provide a complete sketching/sample design for us to draft the initial design.

ii] The price stated in the quotation includes the shipping cost.

iii] Additional sheets/changes to the design after payment are not allowed.

iv] Customers need to provide a name list (if necessary) in an Excel file and confirm the name list and

quotation sent by the admin.

v] Deposits are allowed for orders of 50 pieces or more, amounting to 75% of the total quoted price.

vi] The garment process takes 2 weeks after the payment date. For urgent orders, an additional RM10

will be charged for every piece.

QUOTATION

i] Customers must provide a complete sketching/sample design for us to draft the initial design.

ii] The price stated in the quotation includes the shipping cost.

iii] Additional sheets/changes to the design after payment are not allowed.

iv] Customers need to provide a name list (if necessary) in an Excel file and confirm the name list and

quotation sent by the admin.

v] Deposits are allowed for orders of 50 pieces or more, amounting to 75% of the total quoted price.

vi] The garment process takes 2 weeks after the payment date. For urgent orders, an additional RM10

will be charged for each garment.

DESIGN

i] A maximum of 3 minor changes are allowed after the first draft is completed. An additional fee of RM30

will be charged for subsequent changes.

ii] A fee of RM30 is charged if a complete (100%) revision is made after the first draft is completed.

iii] Any sponsor logos that the client requests us to include in the design are the client's responsibility.

We are not liable if the client fails to obtain sponsorship from the following brands.

We only fulfill the client's requests.

iv] For the use of languages other than Malay and English in the design (e.g., Tamil, Korean, Chinese,

etc.), it is the client's responsibility to ensure that the default font used by Adobe (or any chosen font)

does not result in any spelling/character errors.

PRODUCTION

i] If there are design errors in the order caused by our negligence, we will be responsible. You can return

the order to us for correction/replacement if necessary. Retak Apparel will not be responsible if the error

is caused by the customer and is noticed after the order has entered the production stage.

ii] Any process for returning incorrect shirts must be done within 2 weeks after the order is received.

ii] Errors in names or mockup designs that are received/approved by the customer are their own

responsibility.

iii] The production period may be extended if situations beyond our control occur, such as technical

problems, natural disasters, and so on.

iv] Customers who have made payments but suddenly want their orders completed quickly without going

through the proper 'urgent order' process will not be entertained, as this violates the initial sales

agreement.

v] Any defects found in the order (dirt, cutting marks, tears, and unstitched seams) will not be entertained

if complaints are made after 7 days.

DELIVERY

Retak Apparel only provides delivery via courier or self-pickup. Any inconvenience caused by the courier

service is not our responsibility.

GOOD MANNERS

Retak Apparel reserves the right to cancel and/or reject orders from any customer who is found to be

rude to any Retak Apparel admin or designer. We also reserve the right to cancel and/or reject orders

from any customer who refuses to follow the ordering procedures and exhibits behavior that is likely to

cause problems for our business in the future.
